The foliage is fine with needle-shaped leaves which have an aromatic fragrance when crushed. It grows successfully along the coast and fits in well with members of the Protea family and other fynbos. If you have sufficient space, plant in groups of 3 or 5.The confetti bush will get woody after a few years and should then be replaced.
